✊🏿📖📚 About A.P. Black Studies

Welcome to A.P. Black Studies — where history meets ancestral power.

I’m Ms. B, a young Black educator, a U.S. History and African American Studies teacher, and the creator of this store. I am building AP Black Studies to empower classrooms, households, and community spaces with curriculum materials that reflect the richness, complexity, and global impact of the Black experience—rooted in truth, identity, and pride.

What started in my South Los Angeles classroom has grown into a nationwide resource hub for teachers, students, and families hungry for accurate, accessible, and engaging lessons on Black history and culture. Every worksheet, slide deck, and bundle in this store is intentionally designed—not only to meet AP-level standards, but to spark real conversations and critical thinking about power, resistance, identity, and liberation.

🖤 My Mission

A.P. Black Studies exists to:

  2. Amplify historical truths and combat anti-intellectualism in education
  3. Provide teachers, homeschoolers, and life-long learners with rigorous and culturally affirming academic content

✊🏽 Combat Anti-Intellectualism.

🌍 Join the Learning Community

This is bigger than a digital store. AP Black Studies is a movement. A vision. A reclamation of knowledge and truth that has too often been distorted or erased.

Every resource is crafted with love, scholarship, and the belief that education is a form of resistance. I’m honored to share it with you.
