A.P. BLACK STUDIES with Ms. B

Bringing AP African American Studies to The People. Tap In to the ancestral power of Black Studies through carefully crafted lessons designed by a Black educator

📚✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿

Welcome to A.P. Black Studies, where “A.P.” stands for ancestral power — not simply Advanced Placement.

I’m Ms. B, a full-time Black educator who teaches AP African American Studies to high school students in Los Angeles. But I don’t just teach in the classroom. I teach through this page. This is more than a just a digital storefront. It’s a growing, grassroots learning community and teaching archive created by a Black educator.

Are you looking for a way to learn (or teach) Black History?

Have you ever wished a class like AP African-American Studies existed at your school?

Do you wish to share the rich knowledge, heritage, and culture of African-Americans with the next generation?

I am building this space so that anyone — educators, homeschoolers, parents, community leaders, students, and lifelong learners — can access affordable, editable, AP-aligned lessons that center the history, resilience, and dignity of African Americans.
